- TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING
1.1 Below you will find the terms and conditions of trading that apply to all transactions made via the www.snoremark.dk website
2.1 You may pay for your order using a debit card or via MobilePay. The payment module will tell you which debit cards may be used. Should you prefer to pay via a bank transfer, use an EAN number (public sector customers) or create an account, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION
3.1 Immediately after placing an order, Snoremark receives the order and sends an order confirmation to the email address entered by you. When your order has been processed and the package shipped, we send you an email with your invoice and withdraw the amount from your account.
- DELIVERY TIME
4.1 We ship orders within two days of our receipt of an order. We will notify you via email and send you the track’n trace info so you may follow your order.
4.2 The order will be considered delivered when you have received the package. If you are not at home, the order will be considered delivered when the carrier has left the package on the spot designated by you. In this case, the package will be delivered without a receipt and you are liable for package.
- COSTS OF DELIVERY
5.1 The cost of delivery per order is DKK 79.00. This amount is fixed and applies to transactions up to and including DKK 375 Orders in excess of DKK 375 are delivered free of charge in Denmark (except the Faroe Islands and Greenland.)
- VAT AND OTHER DUTIES
6.1 The stated prices and amounts are including 25% VAT and other duties.
- RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
7.1 Please contact us via email or telephone if you are not satisfied with an aspect of the sales process. Send your email to email@example.com or call us at +45 30247761.
In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have a two-year right of complaint. Please be aware that the right of complaint is limited to the natural shelf life of the goods and that it cannot be exercised if you have not stored and/or handled the goods correctly.
Snoremark products are unfiltered and some lees will collect over time; this is not a flaw. We are working with natural products and a process that is close to natural wine and some irregularities may occur after bottling such as “cork” or other types of bad flavor or smell which we will accept as a valid complaint. In such cases, your goods will be replaced although not necessarily by the same vintage. Another option is a price reduction or reimbursement of your money per our mutual agreement. Complaints concerning a Snoremark product should be filed as soon as possible. Your right of complaint lapses two years after delivery.
7.2 If bottles are damaged on delivery, please sign for the package but indicate that you have accepted the goods with reservations. Please take a photo and forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org. The carrier is liable for damaged goods but if you contact us, we will handle the complaint on your behalf. Following receipt of the package, you should immediately check if the delivery is correct – is the quantity correct and were all the ordered elements included in the package and indicated on your invoice. If not, please send an email to email@example.com without delay.
7.3 We only accept debit card payments as this method of payment is the best for you as a consumer as you will be able to get your money back by contacting your bank. You can get your money back if:
– You have not received your goods.
– You have been the victim of card fraud.
– You changed your mind about the deal before the goods arrived and did not sign for them on delivery or you neglected to pick them up from the post office.
– An amount in excess of what you approved when you placed your order was withdrawn from your account.
8.1 Returning goods, please send them to: Snoremark, Gundsølillevej 52 b, Tågerup, DK-4000 Roskilde.
Goods may be returned only if they meet the conditions mentioned in section 7, Right of Complaint, or by prior written agreement with Snoremark ApS. Returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring their proper packaging. Your money will be reimbursed upon our receipt of the returned goods.
Snoremark ApS do not accept goods sent cash on delivery (COD) or similar and will refuse all such deliveries.
8.2 Following written agreement, we will reimburse any reasonable delivery charges you may incur when returning goods in consequence of a justified complaint.
- FORCE MAJEURE
9.1 Snoremark ApS is not liable for delays or non-performance of any of their other obligations in relation to you as a customer if the delay or non-performance is caused by matters beyond our direct control such as strikes, transport issues, delivery failure, accidents or unforeseen circumstances on the part of Snoremark ApS. In such cases, the time of delivery and the other obligations of Snoremark ApS will be postponed until such time performance is possible without hindrances.
- TYPING ERRORS
10.1 Snoremark ApS makes reservations about typing errors or similar.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATA POLICY / COOKIES
11.1 In order to process an order, customers are required to provide the following data: name, address, telephone number and email address. This information will be used to process orders only. If you agree, your information may also be used to send you newsletters and offers. The data provided by you will be stored electronically by Snoremark ApS. Data are stored in a safe but unencrypted form.
11.2 Snoremark ApS will not sell or disclose your information to a third party and we will not make such information available to a third party.
11.3 The data you send when you pay for an order using a debit card are encrypted (SSL) and Snoremark ApS will not have access to such data.
11.4 When you use www.snoremark.dk, cookies may be placed on your computer, tablet, smartphone etc. in order to allow the system to remember your username and password.
We use log statistics. This means that we collect information which will give us a statistical picture of the number of visitors, where they come from, from where they exit the web shop etc. The sole purpose of using log statistics is to optimize snoremark.dk – and thereby your user experience.
11.6 At any time, you are entitled to see the data we have recorded about you, to have the necessary changes implemented or to object to erroneous data entries or data entries that are not mandatory.
