Mead

The Snoremark apple mead is brewed on Danish apples, Danish honey and local herbs and fruits from the old farm north of Roskilde. The mead has a more complex taste than traditional mead which is brewed on honey and water. through the years it has won several prizes for best mead.

Snoremark apple mead comes in 4 different variants based on local, traditional herbs and fruits and hops. some are good with desserts and cheese and others goes well with meat and fish dishes or as aperitif.
